Theme Ventures operates 15 sales, marketing & communication service verticals placed on a unique service fee platform of "Pay by Per Performance Unit". Making a departure from fixed retainership concept, Theme Ventures offers clients the flexibility to pay for each delivered service. It has three broad service divisions with 15 functional services under them: Channel distribution management, Consumer Connect Activities, Media PR. The three divisions represent three service verticals: Channel sales & distribution, Consumer connect and Media communication. Theme Ventures operates out of three self-owned offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata with a large team of field sales professionals posted in Tier 2 cities spread across 15 states.
